It's Thursday --- big things are going on

It is a nasty day outside, so the customers won't be in until the last minute.  Seems like they always start banging down the doors at cut off time, doesn't it??  Meanwhile, we're still staying busy working on the ones who have braved the rain for cuts and interviews to go to school.. here is what that looks like:
